This weekend we celebrate 234 years of American history. Thank God for the foundation of "liberty and justice for all" that our nation was built on! I know I'm feeling blessed as I think of the freedom I enjoy because of the sacrifices of so many who have gone before us.

I hope you'll share with us in rejoicing over all that God has done in the United States of America. I also hope you'll join with us in praying for our nation, that it would remain a place of freedom and justice for the oppressed, and that the American people would turn to God our Father in times of plenty as well as in times of need.
